Applications must be fully completed in order to be considered. Failure to complete may delay or result in denial of application.

All applications are processed digitally, including payments for fees. There is a nonrefundable $40 fee per application.

Sufficient Income: 3X monthly rental amount, combined among applicants.
Verifiable Good Credit: checked with a national credit bureau.
Good Rental History: May be declined tenancy based on an inability to contact references.
Completed Application: Failure to complete may delay or result in denial of application.
